- Frame: Flat bar 40x6 mild steel; sashes: Angle 25x25x3; grille: Flat bar 25x5 (diamond lattice) welded to frame. Glazing: 5 mm clear (Select) / 6.38 mm laminated (Modern); cut to circle.

- Glazing clips/beads, setting blocks. Glazing putty or glazing silicone, setting blocks, glazing clips. Welding consumables (MIG wire ER70S-6 0.8–1.0 mm + CO₂/Ar gas, or E6013 electrodes 2.5/3.2 mm); grinding & flap discs (80/120 grit); cutting discs; degreaser/thinner; primer and finish coats per tier; hole caps/end plugs for hollow sections; masonry lugs (25 × 3 flat, fish-tailed) or M10 sleeve/chemical anchors; cement-sand mortar or sealant for building-in; packers.
