Our story
Mechsafe Projects Ltd was incorporated in Kenya on 16 May 2025 with one idea: clients should not have to choose between good engineering and good safety. Our founders had worked on large industrial projects and saw the same problems again and again: delays, unsafe sites and poor coordination between trades.
Our early work included site supervision on fire-protection installation at a major brewery in Nairobi, delivered within tight production shutdown windows. Savings from that work bought our first truck in 2026 and launched our Transport & Logistics division. Today we run four divisions, a coded product catalogue and an in-house academy from our base in Juja.
