Overview
Every product we make has an option code. SG02H-4000x2100 is a double swing gate with a sunburst pattern, 4,000 by 2,100 mm. The code tells the workshop the type, the pattern and the size, and our fabrication manual gives the method, tolerances and quality checks for each one. You get a consistent product whether you order one gate or a hundred windows.

Essential
Mild steel, wire-brushed, red-oxide primer and two coats of gloss enamel (about 100 µm). Standard hinges and locks, 4 mm glass.
Budget, interior and staff quarters
Select
Grit-blasted to Sa 2½, zinc-rich epoxy primer and polyurethane top coat (about 200 µm). Heavy-duty hinges, cylinder locks, 5–6 mm glass.
Our standard recommendation
Modern
Hot-dip galvanised to ISO 1461 plus powder coat (duplex). Laminated glass, premium locks, sealed-bearing gate wheels.

Questions clients ask
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Standard sizes are faster to price, but every order is site-measured and non-standard sizes and patterns are made with the same methods.
Which coating should I choose?
Select suits most inland sites. Choose Modern (galvanised plus powder coat) for coastal or very exposed sites.
Are your gates automation-ready?
On request, we add operator plates and cable ducts so a gate motor can be fitted later.
Serving Nairobi, Juja, Thika, Ruiru, Kiambu, Athi River, Machakos, Kajiado, Ngong, Kitengela, Nakuru, Naivasha and the rest of Kenya, with mobilisation to Kampala, Entebbe, Kigali, Dar es Salaam, Arusha on request.
