Hardware & consumables

2–3 V-groove wheels 80–120 mm with sealed bearings; inverted-angle track 40 × 40 (or 16 mm round bar) embedded; top guide rollers on post; end stopper; catch post; gate lock. Welding consumables (MIG wire ER70S-6 0.8–1.0 mm + CO₂/Ar gas, or E6013 electrodes 2.5/3.2 mm); grinding & flap discs (80/120 grit); cutting discs; degreaser/thinner; primer and finish coats per tier; hole caps/end plugs for hollow sections; masonry lugs (25 × 3 flat, fish-tailed) or M10 sleeve/chemical anchors; cement-sand mortar or sealant for building-in; packers.
