Double steel door – 2 equal hinged leaves, double-skin sheet. Frame = opening − 10 mm; leaf gaps 3 mm sides/top, 8–10 mm bottom; lock rail at 1000 mm. Tolerances: diagonals ≤ 3 mm, leaf flatness ≤ 2 mm/m. Coating per tier.

Hardware & consumables

3–4 hinges per leaf; mortice lock + cylinder; lever handle set; 2 flush/drop bolts on inactive leaf; rebated meeting stile or cover strip; door stops. Welding consumables (MIG wire ER70S-6 0.8–1.0 mm + CO₂/Ar gas, or E6013 electrodes 2.5/3.2 mm); grinding & flap discs (80/120 grit); cutting discs; degreaser/thinner; primer and finish coats per tier; hole caps/end plugs for hollow sections; masonry lugs (25 × 3 flat, fish-tailed) or M10 sleeve/chemical anchors; cement-sand mortar or sealant for building-in; packers.
