Material & construction

Frame: Aluminium alloy 6063-T5/T6 extrusions, thermal-break lift-and-slide system. Infill: glass – 24 mm double-glazed unit (6 mm toughened – 12 mm air/argon – 6 mm laminated), low-E option.

Specification

System: thermal-break 60–70 series with polyamide strips, wall 1.6–2.0 mm; 3 EPDM seals; inward-opening tilt & turn sashes. Glazing: 24 mm double-glazed unit (6 mm toughened – 12 mm air/argon – 6 mm laminated), low-E option. Lift-and-slide gear: handle lifts sash off seals to slide; sash weight up to ~300 kg; flush threshold option. Finish: polyester powder coat 60–80 µm (black, charcoal grey, bronze, white) or silver anodised.

Lift-and-slide gear set & carriages; lift handle with cylinder; brush & EPDM seals; flush/low threshold with drainage; setting blocks; stainless screws; neutral-cure silicone sealant (perimeter, both faces); backer rod; PU expanding foam to gaps > 10 mm; plastic packers/shims; frame fixing screws + 8 mm nylon plugs.
