Material & construction

Frame: Aluminium alloy 6063-T5/T6 extrusions, slim-interlock sliding system. Infill: glass – 6.38 mm clear laminated safety glass (PVB interlayer).

Specification

System: slim-interlock sliding, 20–30 mm visible interlock, wall 1.8–2.0 mm; concealed sash frames; multi-point hook locking; sash weight up to ~150 kg. Glazing: 6.38 mm clear laminated safety glass (PVB interlayer). Finish: polyester powder coat 60–80 µm (black, charcoal grey, bronze, white) or silver anodised.

Stainless tandem rollers (heavy-duty); multi-point hook lock with flush pull handle; EPDM gaskets; setting & distance blocks; sill drainage with wind baffle; anti-lift and end-stop buffers; interlock brush seals; stainless screws; neutral-cure silicone sealant (perimeter, both faces); backer rod; PU expanding foam to gaps > 10 mm; plastic packers/shims; frame fixing screws + 8 mm nylon plugs. Door sill with drainage; flush pull handles; keyed lock.
