Material & construction

Frame: Aluminium alloy 6063-T5/T6 extrusions, thermal-break roof-window frame. Infill: glass – 24 mm double-glazed unit (6 mm toughened – 12 mm air/argon – 6 mm laminated), low-E option (laminated inner pane).

Specification

System: thermal-break 60–70 series with polyamide strips, wall 1.6–2.0 mm; 3 EPDM seals; inward-opening tilt & turn sashes. Glazing: 24 mm double-glazed unit (6 mm toughened – 12 mm air/argon – 6 mm laminated), low-E option. For roof pitches 15–75°; flashing kit to suit roof sheet profile. Finish: polyester powder coat 60–80 µm (black, charcoal grey, bronze, white) or silver anodised.

Tilt & turn gear set (corner drives, scissor arm, multi-point mushroom cams); lockable handle; 3 EPDM seals; IGU setting blocks; crimp corner cleats + corner adhesive; misoperation device; drainage caps; neutral-cure silicone sealant (perimeter, both faces); backer rod; PU expanding foam to gaps > 10 mm; plastic packers/shims; frame fixing screws + 8 mm nylon plugs. Roof flashing kit (to suit iron sheet/tile); underlay collar; mounting brackets; insect screen; blackout blind optional.
